Create tonight. Sell overnight. Scan on Saturday. For your party.
Party, festival, concert, tournament, club dinner. You create the event and set your prices; your buyers pay by Bancontact, Payconiq or card and the money goes straight to your account. Tickets go out by email; at the door, a phone is all you need.

The ticket sends itself
At the door, Saturday 6:52 pm
A party, a festival, a club season. The same ticketing.
You run parties, a village festival or a club's events: you create the event, set prices and capacity, and share the link. No box office, no cash desk, no tickets to print, and no subscription between dates.
Party, ballSaturday night's party
Early bird for the first 100, presale after that, online sales closing at the time you choose. The venue's capacity is respected: sales stop on their own when it's full. At the door, a phone scans the tickets.
Festival, concertThe summer festival
One ticket per day, one capacity per day, prices that open and close on the date you set. Several phones scan at once: a ticket already used is refused, showing the time of the first scan.
Club, associationThe club's events
The autumn dinner, the youth tournament, the gala match. Two prices, adult and child: you know the number of covers before buying the groceries, and the treasurer follows revenue live.
Three moves. The entrance runs without you.
You create the event on a weeknight. Sales run while you work. On the day, one phone at the door is enough.
Create
Your event, its dates and its prices, in a few minutes.
- Several prices per event
- Sales page in your name
- Display in FR, NL or EN
Sell
The buyer pays, the ticket goes out by email. You don't touch a thing.
- Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard
- Ticket with QR code
- Sales visible live
Check in
At the door, you scan the tickets with a phone. The phone refuses a ticket that has already been used.
- No equipment to hire
- Several phones at the same door
- Entry counter updated at each scan
Your sales money goes to your account.
No payout to wait for after the event, no statement to chase. Every payment is collected in your payment account, opened in your name with Mollie, a licensed payment institution.
In your account, not ours
The buyer pays you, not Next-Ticket. We never hold your money: it doesn't pass through us.
Paid out on your schedule
Mollie pays the balance into your bank account on the payout schedule chosen in your Mollie account.
Our fee, taken at source
0,25 € + 1% excluding VAT per paid ticket, deducted automatically from each payment. Nothing to pay us at the end of the month.
Your sales live, on your phone.
Every ticket sold appears within the second. You read the revenue, the remaining seats and, that same evening, the entries scanned at the door.
Linked to your club's app.
The match calendar and the member list already live in your club's app. We're preparing the link with Next-Ticket.
One button per match
From the club calendar, “sell tickets for this match” will create the event with its date and venue.
Events in the app
Members will see the club's upcoming events where they already follow its matches, and buy their ticket without hunting for the link.
Type your price. Read what comes back to you.
One price, public, shown before you start. You decide who bears the fees and you see the difference at once.
Fees are invoiced with 21 % VAT. An association that does not recover VAT pays the amount including VAT, which is the one we show large. A company that recovers it keeps the amount excluding VAT. Free tickets cost nothing, whatever their number. No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum.
Eight things you no longer have to do yourself.
Several prices
Adult, child, presale, member. As many prices as you want per event.
Free tickets at no cost
A free registration stays free. No fees, whatever the number.
A page in your name
Your event has its own sales page, with your name and your link to share.
Ticket by email, QR code
The ticket sends itself as soon as payment is made. It is printed or shown on the phone.
Scan with a phone
No terminal, no reader. A volunteer's phone is enough at the door.
Live sales
Revenue and remaining seats can be read at any time, from anywhere.
French, Dutch, English
The sales page and the ticket exist in all three languages.
Fees your way
You deduct them from your revenue, or the buyer pays them on top of the price.
Made in Belgium, for events that happen here.
Bancontact and Payconiq first
Your buyers pay with the app they already use. No credit card required, no account to create, nothing to install.
Nothing to hire, nothing to install
Entry checks are done with the phone in your pocket. No terminal to hire, no reader to buy, no equipment to return on Monday.
Three languages on the same sales page
French, Dutch, English. Useful as soon as the event takes place in Brussels or its outskirts, or draws an audience from both sides of the language border.
No commitment, either way
One dinner a year or a tournament every month, the service costs the same: nothing until you sell. You create an account, you try it, you leave if it doesn't suit you.
A question before your first event? You call, someone picks up.
Next-Ticket is designed and run in La Louvière, by a team that has worked with Belgian sports clubs and associations since 2009. It knows your evenings, your volunteers, your village halls, and answers in French, from Hainaut.
Support can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday. By email, you get an answer within 24 working hours.
What people ask us before starting.
How much does a free event cost?+
Nothing. Fees only apply to paid tickets: 0,25 € + 1% per ticket excluding VAT, i.e. 0,30 € + 1,21% including VAT. A free registration with ticket and QR code doesn't cost you a cent.
Who pays the fees, me or my buyers?+
You choose when creating the event. Either you deduct them from your revenue, or the buyer pays them on top of the displayed price. The simulator shows both cases.
How do my buyers receive their ticket?+
By email, automatically, as soon as the payment goes through. The ticket contains a QR code. The buyer prints it or shows it on their phone at the door.
What equipment do I need at the door?+
A phone. You scan from the organiser area, with the camera. Several phones can scan at the same door. The phone refuses a ticket that has already been used.
Is there a subscription or a minimum term?+
No. No subscription, no commitment, no minimum number of tickets. You create your account, publish your event, and pay only on what sells.
When do I get the money?+
Each payment lands in your Mollie account, in your name, as soon as the buyer has paid. Mollie then pays the balance into your bank account, on the payout schedule chosen in that account. Next-Ticket never holds the funds: its fee is deducted automatically from each payment.
Publish your event tonight. Sales start right away.
